If you've followed this blog for any length of time you'd notice something slightly different... I revamped my entire blog! I must say, I do like this much better. It seems to suit me in this time of my life. Knowing me, It will for sure change once again, within the next six months. Try to keep up.
First off, after much time spent waiting and wondering, me and my husband finally decided to get an elective ultrasound to figure out the gender. We went in last Thursdays at twenty-two weeks and two days. The place we went to was nice and welcoming. The exam room had a huge family room style area in case we were bringing a large amount of family to come find out with us. Instead of the normal exam bed they had me on an extremely comfortable full sized bed. My husband got to sit in a chair right next to me with "DAD" written in huge letters. We got to watch the whole thing on a huge 90" television screen. It was really wonderful. She put the heated jelly on my tummy and turned the U/S machine on. It was amazing to see how much my baby had grown from the last ultrasound we had at just nine weeks. My baby has gotten so big. She looked around my belly and we saw the little legs. She adjusted the probe a little bit and there it was. Three little white lines on the screen. I'm having a baby GIRL. Me and my husband are so thrilled. We would have been happy either way but in all honesty, this is exactly what I had hoped for. Baby K, is now Rylee Jane. My daughter.
Everything else has been somewhat slow besides the problems that I've been having with AHCCCS. That's a different story for a different post.
Happy Monday!!
